Experience the experience, then tell the story
So.. I have this new client. A female owned licensed, bonded and insured contractor in Nashville. We are excited about helping her launch her online reputation.
To help her tell the story I am experiencing the process of hiring her, having her crew at the house, etc.
They have already gone above and beyond expectation by communicating well, showing up on time and showing progress as they work.
When I work on a new social strategy for a client one of the first things we look at is the current experience of the audience. If it's B2B or B2C or nonprofit to donor, recognizing the shareable moments are key to a productive communication.
The average connected customer has real tangible influence over 135 other people. They will share amazing experiences and horrible ones. It's your business to make the shareable moments recognizable and stellar.
